The goal here above all else is to provide comfortable offices where each working person can engage in the “pursuit of happiness at work”. With reliable, high-quality facilities, and each item and area carefully planned for a specific purpose, this is truly a “human first” space that says “people matter”.
Each floor features an entrance, meeting room, lounge and workspaces. DRAFT’s role in this project was to design the area outside the rental workspace rooms.

The main element here, the lounge, was designed to offer a choice of environments to suit users’ purposes, such as the window counter as a space for concentration, and provide a change of pace away from the everyday routine at the workspace. On each floor, each area has been meticulously planned as a separate space, with features including modulated lighting to give a variety of ambiances within the design.
