"Creating an environment to serve as a hub to promote innovation"

Based on a client concept of "Creating an environment to serve as a hub to promote innovation", a space design focusing on collaboration spaces was proposed. Approximately 500 tsubo (1650 square meters) of space is divided into 3 areas - the entrance and meeting rooms, seminar space and collaboration space. A design theme was established for each respective area from the perspective that each user is different, and initiatives to raise the user value in each space were adopted.

The theme of the center collaboration space is "POWER PLANT". It was designed as a place where people can gather, producing a driving force to spur innovation. The energy produced by the suspended ceiling lights radiating outwards spreads into the surroundings, expressing a scene full of impact. The large, slanting window aims to promote the existence of a collaboration space for visitors and seminar participants alike. Future use is promoted by taking into consideration the opening of this space as a co-working space and establishing a window to allow people to peer inside as if on a factory tour.
