KOIL TERRACE, a complex facility designed by Yamashita, was featured in the December issue of "CONFORT", on sale on Friday, November 5, 2021.

KOIL TERRACE is located in the Kashiwa-no-ha area of Chiba, which has been recognized as a smart city model for the next generation of environmental cities.
KOIL TERRACE was introduced as an office space that is open not only to companies but also to the community, with a five-story atrium full of a sense of freedom and a library that can be used by local residents.
