The word “Coworkation” is a blend of co-work and vacation, meaning the practice of working while also traveling

Coworkation Village MAIZURU is a newly opened facility within the complex. The word “Coworkation” is a blend of co-work and vacation, meaning the practice of working while also traveling.

Buildings listed as national cultural properties cannot be altered, so we coordinate interior designs with our product 201˚.
We placed T5, simple and minimalistic design hot-desks, in the middle of this nostalgic warehouse with hardwood flooring and beams. The curvy table and sofa, LTL, soften a space while creating a cozy atmosphere in front of a window. Those minimalistic and modern furniture fit nicely with the vintage building. Making the most of the quiet beachside location and the building features, we have designed an environment where users can work in comfort.
