An Office Designing the Boundary Between Work and Life
FRONTIER GRAND Nishi Shinjuku is a next-generation set-up office born in Nishi Shinjuku, which is characterized by its rows of towering skyscrapers. Drawing upon the lush nature that still remains in this business district of Tokyo, DRAFT oversaw the design of everything from the existing building’s facade to the interior, which includes a shared space.

The design concept of the lounge differs from that of the office area, as the aim is to serve as a “Third place” for workers and promote new working styles.
By creating an open-vibe space to refresh and generate communication, DRAFT aimed to provide a place for people to spend time free of stress where the boundary between work and life no longer exists.
