With remote work becoming firmly established in today’s society, +SHIFT NOGIZAKA was designed with 12 above-ground floors outfitted as set-up offices aiming to be workplaces where people gather casually and work in comfort. The first floor greets people with a relaxing lounge area, while the top floor features a rooftop terrace; making for a building which not only considers beautiful design, but also places importance on ensuring people enjoy comfortable experiences.
The logo was born from the fact that a new function is created when the shift key and other letter keys are pressed simultaneously. Yamashita is also involved in the direction of amenities and official websites that feature the logo.

KOIL TERRACE
A Creative Place with a Swirling Intellectual Culture
We designed a creative place named “KOIL TERRACE” in the Kashiwanoha neighborhood, which has been certified as a smart-city model for the next generation of environmental cities. The building contains multiple work areas where foster interaction among users and an atrium where locals can enjoy spending their spare time with families and reading books from the floor-to-ceiling bookshelves.
