We want to make society
a better place through design.
Since our establishment in 2008, we raised “ALL HAPPY BY DESIGN” as our philosophy, we at DRAFT have been aiming to “make clients, designers, and even the people who visit the places we’ve designed, happy”, through the numerous projects we’ve worked on around the world. In 2018, we decided to broaden this framework a bit further, and launched the “DSR: Design Social Responsibility” initiative that utilizes the technologies and know-how we’ve acquired so far to give back to society.
DSR ：Design Social Responsibility
For the project name, we replaced the first word of “Corporate” in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) with “Design”, which reflects our wish to make a difference in society using design. This world is awash with many issues such as the poverty gap and environmental pollution; we hope that through this initiative, we can make society a better place – even just a little.
