The new office floor on the 4th floor of the Aoyama Store Building doubles as a showroom for office furniture, which keeps the uptick in corporate interior design business in mind.
Our design concept is “Hygge”, a Danish word that means “a coziness and comfort that results from spending time with others”. Our goal was to create a comfortable, homelike office space where you can work as though you’re at home by incorporating Danish culture, which celebrates everyday life.
We divided a floor that used to be one large space with walls and designed each area to resemble a living room, kitchen, guest room, etc. By adding walls, we were able to increase the design space and express a different vision in each room.
We’ve also remodeled a part of the shop on the basement floor. The luxurious, urban furniture complements the chic and monotone space. By carefully pairing home furniture with office furniture, we propose a new kind of office where you can work as though you’re at home.
